The setup isn't a knowledge base article. Zeina and Tiziano are in it with you personally — Zeina's a physical therapist and Pilates instructor who's run Synergy+ since 2005, first in San Rafael, California, now also in Ascona, Switzerland; Tiziano's handled the admin side since 2007, including years spent juggling three-plus disconnected tools before frustration turned into Corebility. During your setup, you're talking to one of them directly.

You're billed $39 or $59, depending on the plan you chose. That's the rate you keep.
What if you raise prices later?
You don't pay it. The rate you start on is the rate you stay on, for as long as you're a member.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The first month needs nothing from you but time.
Is there a contract?
No. No setup fees, no long-term commitment, cancel any time.
I run more than one location.
Core handles unlimited locations from a single login with no per-location fee. Most platforms charge per site; this one doesn't.
Do you charge per client or per booking?
No. Unlimited clients, classes and appointments on every plan. Your bill doesn't grow because your studio does.
What if Corebility isn't right for my studio?
Then we'd rather tell you now. We're built for boutique Pilates, yoga and PT studios, and small gyms. If you're running a large chain on a franchisor's system, we're the wrong fit, and we'll say so on the call.
Can I move my existing data across?
Client records come over cleanly — names, dates of birth, addresses, contact details. Bookings and packages come too, but not automatically; Zeina and Tiziano do that part by hand, with you, which is one of the reasons the founding group is small. Payment history doesn't transfer, so you'd keep that in your old system for reference. The whole migration takes seven to ten days, depending on how much history you're bringing across.
Where is my data held?
On servers in Frankfurt, Germany — your clients' records are stored inside the EU. If you run a studio in Europe, that's worth asking of any software you're considering; a lot of it is hosted in the United States.
