Corebility Studio Management Software (“us”, “we”, or “our”), operated by Synergy+, provides the Corebility platform including the website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Information We Collect

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”), which may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Booking and session history
• Subscription and package information
• Home exercise program data and video progress
• Appointment requests, including session preferences and notes
• Device push notification token (mobile app only)

2. Log Data

We collect information that your browser or device sends whenever you use our Service (“Log Data”). This may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, time and date of visit, and time spent on pages.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use cookies to collect information and improve the Service. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but some portions of the Service may not function correctly without them. The Corebility mobile app does not use cookies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Manage your account and studio memberships
• Process class bookings and cancellations
• Deliver home exercise programs assigned by your instructor
• Send push notifications (mobile app) for booking confirmations, cancellations, program updates, and studio communications
• Respond to appointment requests
• Communicate important account and service information
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Service Providers & Third Parties

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service. These parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Current third-party services include:

• Expo (push notifications): Your device push token is shared with Expo’s notification service to deliver app notifications.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3: Home exercise program videos are stored securely on AWS. Access is restricted and controlled via time-limited pre-signed URLs.
• Your Pilates studio: The studio you are a client of has access to your booking history and contact information for account management purposes.

6. Push Notifications

With your permission, the Corebility mobile app sends push notifications for booking confirmations, cancellations, program updates, and studio communications. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time by submitting a request through the Corebility mobile app (Profile → Request account deletion) or by emailing us attiziano@synergyptpilates.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Certain records such as transaction history may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

8. Your Rights

You may have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Objection: Object to certain uses of your data.

9. Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable measures including HTTPS encryption, JWT-based authentication, and restricted data access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Links To Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party sites not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us immediately. If we discover such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

12. Compliance With Laws

We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena.

13. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page and, where appropriate, through the app or by email. Changes are effective when posted. You are advised to review this policy periodically.
